有关e-STUDIO255/305/305s/355/355s/455/455s 维护的总体注意事项
必须由合格的维修技术人员进行安装与维护。
1. 运输 / 安装
- 在搬动或安装复印机时,应由两个人进行,并务必提起限位块,使用脚轮来移动机器。
复印机相当重, e-STUDIO255/305/305s 大约有 57kg (125.66 lb.), e-STUDIO355/355s/455/
455s 大约有 60 kg (132.28 lb.),因此在搬运时要全神贯注,特别小心。
- 在搬运复印机时,不要使复印机的活动部件或单元受力(例如控制面板, ADU 或 RADF)。
- 必须使用交流 110V/13.2A, 115V 或 127V/12A, 220-240V 或 240V/8A 的电源专用插座。
- 为了安全,多功能数码复印机必须接地。
- 选择适当的地方安装多功能数码复印机。应避免安装在过热、高湿、多灰、有振动或阳光直射之
处。
- 因为多功能数码复印机会放出少量臭氧,应为其提供有适当通风的操作环境。
- 为确保进行复印操作时有足够的空间,多功能数码复印机左侧至少应保持 80 cm (32")的无障
碍空间,右侧也至少保持 80 cm (32")的无障碍空间,背后应至少留出 10 cm (4")的空隙。
- 复印机应安装在电源插座附近,便于工作人员使用。
- 安装后,请务必牢固地固定和插入电源线,以防止人员被电源线绊倒。
- 在拆除选购件后使用复印机时,请确保将拆掉的零件或盖板安装好,以免复印机内部暴露在外
面。
2. 机器维护总体注意事项
- 维护期间,应关闭主电源开关并拔下电源线(除非需要在通电条件下进行维护)。
- 拔掉电源线并清洁插头插脚和电气插座的周围区域,这种清洁工作至少每年进行一次,因为此区
域积尘可能会导致火灾。
- 除非在本手册中或其他有关文件中另有说明,零部件的组装基本上按与拆卸时相反的顺序进行,
在组装时应注意不要把一些小零件如螺丝、垫圈、销子、卡簧、星型垫圈等装错位置。
- 一般来说,在拆下任何一个零件后,多功能数码复印机不得运行。
- 线路板必须存放在防静电的袋中,在处理它时要使用腕带小心操作,因为静电会对线路板上的集
成电路造成损坏。
- 维修过程中应避免受到激光辐射。该设备使用激光二极管。避免眼睛直接受光束辐射。不要将会
反光的工具、零件(如螺丝刀)插入激光束路径。维修前摘下手表、戒指等会反光的金属。
- 确保不接触高温部分,如曝光灯、定影单元、防潮加热器以及它们的周围。
- 确保不接触高压部分,如充电电极、转印辊、显影剂、高压板、曝光灯灯控板、LCD 背光灯控板
和供电单元。特别是不要接触这些部件的线路板,因为在电路板中的电容器及其它部件内可能存
有未释放的电荷,即使是在断电后也是如此。
- 确保在接触具有潜在危险性的部件之前,多功能数码复印机停止运行(例如旋转 / 运动部分,比
如齿轮、皮带滑轮、风扇和激光光学单元的激光束出口)。
- 拆下盖板时请小心,因为盖板下的部件可能具有锋利的边缘。
- 在带电维护多功能数码复印机时,确保不接触带电区域和旋转 / 运动部分。并应避免眼睛受到激
光辐射。
- 请使用指定的夹具和工具。
- 请使用推荐的测量仪器或类似产品。
- 维护完成后将多功能数码复印机返回至原始状态并检查运行情况。
- 请小心使用触摸屏,勿用力打击。打破触摸屏会使机器发生故障。
3. 对安全相当重要的维护部件
- 断路器、门开关、保险丝、恒温器、热熔丝、热敏电阻和含锂电池的 IC-RAM 等对于安全来说是
特别重要的,应确保正确地操作与安装这些部件。如果这些部件短路或失效,它们就有可能导致
烧毁等严重事故。应确保不发生短路或只使用东芝泰格公司推荐使用的部件。
4. 警告标签
- 维护期间,要认真检查铭牌和警告标签,如“维护时应拔下电源线”、“高温警告”、“高压警
告”、“激光警告”等,观察它们表面是否有污迹,以及它们是否正确粘贴在多功能数码复印机
上。
